Human Resource Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in IT/Software recruitment to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Execute the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of IT/Software professionals (e.g., Developers, Engineers, Analysts, Testers, etc.).
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, such as job boards, social media recruiting, and employer branding initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, technical schools, and industry associations to attract top talent.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues promptly and fairly.
Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction.
Investigate and address employee complaints and grievances in accordance with company policies.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Monitor employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
Training and Development:
Identify and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate with external training providers to deliver specialized training programs.
Maintain training records and track employee development progress.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on IT/Software recruitment.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
