Digital Product Manager

The Digital Product Manager is a role under the Business Development unit.

This position works with agile teams of technical and business domain to develop consumer websites, mobile apps or backend integration solutions that help our customers maximize the potential of their digital platforms.

After development and launch, they make sure the SLAs of the different servicing departments are met so that campaigns are launched in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Create go-to-market strategies for the product focusing but not limited to the following advertising platforms: Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube
  • Make sure that data integrity is maintained in our site and implement steps and processes that ensure customer information is protected
  • Make sure that Google Analytics and other similar tools are optimized across all sites
  • Spearhead product development that is customer-focused
  • Determine the client’s goal and execute ways to achieve those goals.
  • Produce detailed business requirements and user stories necessary to create product specifications and architecture
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and the production/technical teams and establish a smooth communication between the two parties.
  • Responsible for articulating the benefits of the product features and translate them into customer-facing messaging
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and externally
  • Identifies representatives from target end-users to evaluate the product to check the market response and feedback
  • Can identify client/customer needs and understand the problem that needs to be solved.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and the production/technical teams and establish a smooth communication between the two parties.
  • Keep the project timeline within the approved schedule.
  • Ensures that only quality services are provided and that the client’s goals and expectations are met.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and provide feedback to the client regarding the status of every project.
  • Pay attention to potential risks or malfunction and act proactively to resolve issues.
