We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads generated through voice and email channels into satisfied customers. You will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the best solutions for their unique requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Conversion:
Actively engage with inbound leads through phone calls and emails.
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and interest level.
Effectively present product/service offerings and demonstrate value propositions.
Handle customer objections and address concerns professionally.
Guide leads through the sales process and close deals.
Customer Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Accurately track all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sales volume, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Shifting Requirements:
Willingness to work on shifting schedules (e.g., US, UK, or other international time zones) to accommodate customer needs.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Customer Success Representative, Sales Representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong phone and email communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
