Baytech provided me with exciting yet educational experiences during my On-The-Job training, introducing me to industry techniques and standards. As an employee, I am continually learning and improving my abilities. I am particularly proud of the work I have done for a new piece of software, and it is always gratifying to see the impact of my work on the company's projects.
Through hands-on tasks, I developed a deeper understanding of troubleshooting hardware and software issues and gained practical experience with open-source IT tools. My fondest memory at Baytech was successfully completing the testing phase of the open-source IT inventory project. It was a moment of pride that underscored the impact of my contributions and highlighted the value of hard work and dedication.
